Intuitive & integrated massage and bodywork, using a variety of techniques in a session including targeted work, dynamic pressure, myofascial release, acupressure, and gentle work on fascia, which is connective tissue throughout the body.

Fees determined by time, not techniques. 

Teach infant & pediatric massage and touch therapy 1:1 or in small groups; prenatal massage / bodywork.

Hospice clients: massage and touch therapy in your home, demonstrate therapeutic touch to caregivers.

Work on targeted areas including hands and feet, face, jaw, head, neck, shoulders, injuries & post surgical recovery.

RELAXING & NURTURING.

Instruction in self care techniques including myofascial release, acupressure, stretching, scar massage, and  balance.

Techniques adapted to fit your comfort level because massage & bodywork should not be painful. You and your body will dictate which modalities and pressure is best.

Integration of a side-lying position as needed, which is more comfortable for many clients, accommodates some health concerns, and may be more secure for clients who have experienced trauma, as well as during and after pregnancy.

Work within scope/training, never promising to “fix,” anything.

Education for how to manage pain between sessions if you are interested.
