Cancelation Policy

Sessions are personalized and may incorporate a variety of techniques at no extra charge.
Session fees are determined by time-a full body massage can be accomplished in 60 minutes
Work on target areas can be accomplished by adding time to your session as the schedule allows, or by not working on the entire body during a 60 minute session.

A thorough intake form including health and medication history are best practice in massage and bodywork and are required for clients to promote a successful experience and identify contraindications for (reasons to avoid or modify), massage and bodywork.

Cancelation Policy
We ask that you familiarize yourself with our policy regarding missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancelations so that we can offer efficient and timely care to all of our clients and create an atmosphere of mutual respect.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you give us at least 24 notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this advance notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late. If a client misses an appointment without canceling, it is considered a no-show. In either case, we will charge a cancelation fee for the full amount of the scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Please also note that at the time of booking an appointment, a deposit is collected and a credit card is required. Your credit card information is confidential and is not shared with Bodywork by KAS, Inc., or any other entity. This deposit will be applied to the cost of a completed appointment and in the case of a late cancelation or no show, will be applied to the full amount of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the fee for a full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
